Another wonderful experience visiting sense of hearing with Marnie being so kind and gentle getting rid of some earwax. Always a great experience at this location and it is highly recommended. Thanks again, Marnie.
Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you to the two ladies, the doctor and the technician, they were both amazing, patient, and very understanding. I had an ear wax removal done, and she was extremely gentle and made the whole experience comfortable.
All the staff are wonderful people. They are very friendly, professional and go above and beyond to help. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for great, respectful, friendly service
Very professional
Do NOT go here! My husband went there for a hearing test, instead they pushed the wax in so far that he was in pain for weeks. He was told to deal with it himself! Then at the next appointment, with minor wax left after weeks of treatment at home, they shoved a tool in so far that it damaged his ear which got infected. Complete incompetence, no responsibility whatsoever, and didn't even care. They caused injury and pain and sent him home, no treatment, no apology. TERRIBLE PLACE.
