John was incredibly patient and took the time to conduct thorough testing, making sure all my questions were answered. The experience was reassuring, and I left feeling much better. Went to this clinic as part of my OACP requirement and John provided me with excellent customer service. You can get is here the best service you can imagine. When i visited earlier today, John was very professional, friendly and to the point.
The staff here are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I originally came in for wax removal but they said let’s take a look at your ears before you fill out all the paperwork. My ears were fine, no wax. They even showed me what my ears looked like inside and it was healthy. They really went above and beyond. It made me almost wish a little bit there was something wrong with my ears so I can get their service. Very caring healthcare professionals.
The best experience I had with Dr Vivienne I went in for ear wax removal which was very smooth . The doctor gave me suggestions for my Sinus problem as well. She patiently understood my concern and gave me solution.Thank you Doctor.
