Very knowledgeable and friendly doctors. Came in because I was sure I had an earwax problem, Dr was very knowledgeable and showed me with the camera that I had no wax buildup. She explained the likely causes for what I was experiencing and I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit. Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Vivian and the entire team makes the consultation so seamless. Vivian knows what's best, been going here for ear irrigation for 3 years now even though I live downtown Toronto.
John and Vivienne were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to what I needed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I visited this place for the first time to get ear wax removed. Initially I was skeptical. Had some thoughts in my mind about how they gonna do. However I exited with positive note.
