Make sure your front receptionist isn't rude and doesn't lie. I asked him for a receipt to supply to my insurance company, and he gave me a generic receipt with no actual info for the audiologist. When I asked him on Friday to provide the correct receipt, he stated he would try to do so that day, but there was a flood. No problem, I understand.
