Make sure your front receptionist isn't rude and doesn't lie. I asked him for a receipt to supply to my insurance company, and he gave me a generic receipt with no actual info for the audiologist. When I asked him on Friday to provide the correct receipt, he stated he would try to do so that day, but there was a flood. No problem, I understand. I had so much built up wax in both of my ears, impacting my hearing and I finally decided to go here to get it cleaned. Dr. Harpreet Grewal really did her best to clean my ears out and I appreciate her professionalism and patience during the process. Would definitely go here again!
