My experience here was so amazing. Customer service is top tier. I had a deep tissue massage by Marie, her hands are so soft & gentle. She also helped my muscles to be more relaxed and I felt tension leaving my back as well as my body. Angus was very helpful as well, she ensured I had everything I needed throughout my lounge experience. I also enjoyed the warm towel & warm tea. While I enjoyed my massage and had a pleasant experience during the treatment, I was disappointed not to be able to access the pool afterwards. The issue arose due to missing information on the website. The booking page said, “As a spa guest, we invite you to enjoy … a saltwater lap pool one hour before and/or after your treatments.” Since the pool was listed as open until 9 p.m., I planned to swim after my massage. Would have rated your spa high but one MAJOR flaw is AFTER my wife mention a severe allergy to peanuts you included peanuts in her food that was served. She could have died. You are lucky no law suit will Follow this review…
Amazing massage service. But the lounge is small and snacks are stale and limited. Amenities could be better compared to other spas at park hyatt & fairmont. Still 5 stars because of the amazing massage and stellar customer service. 90 minutes flew by.
Mariia was absolutely outstanding. I felt like a new person after my massage. She was very thoughtful - making sure I was comfortable and that she was giving me exactly what I wanted. It was a perfect experience start to finish!
