Our wedding was the best day ever, and it all centered around the DELICIOUS paella created by Julien and his team. I can't even count how many people said that was the best wedding meal they have ever had. We had so many guests go up for SECONDS! From meeting Julien in his home tasting paella and sipping wine, to having him enjoy our day together, he made it easy. I can't WAIT to use Sensational Paella again!!
Wow! Sensational Paella really lives up to their name! Fantastic! We hosted a 60th wedding anniversary party for my parents and Julian and his team made it an incredibly special event. My wife and I hired Sensational Paella for our 120 person wedding last summer. From start to finish, Julian and his team were an absolute joy to work with. The food is out of this world, but even beyond that, they put so much care into every little detail and were an enormous part of our wedding going as smoothly as it did. We knew we wanted to get it right with our caterer for our wedding on 9/18/24 at Hammond Castle so, we decided to go with the best! My side of the family doesn’t get to eat fresh seafood as we are from Ohio and my father doest’t typically eat any as he generally doesn’t like seafood. However, our experience with Julien and his team was amazing and even my father got to try something new and loved it. He also went above and beyond with the charcuterie board. It was the best one I had ever seen!
