Super lovely admin team and wonderful therapists. Our daughter has come leaps and bounds over the past 12 months, and enjoys her sessions, so everyone wins. Highly recommend to any parent!
Unprofessional and ridiculous admin. I cancelled all the sessions myself after unprofessional administration and ridiculous fees. Edit: At no point did I swear at your receptionist. I recorded the phone call. Also, see screenshot where I requested to cancel the sessions, not the other way around. Please don't create lies to suit your narrative. Normally I don't share private screenshots but thought I would to show that you are lying and therefore not credible.
