below reviews are correct - money hungry. Charge me $200 for a 1 hour phone call that took 8 minutes. only respond to emails when they want to book you in for sessions - took months to get reports. One report - developmental assesment clinic which was 100s of dollars was literally a paragraph. No in depth report at all. was told ADOS report was ready for my son just waiting for NDIS money to clear so they could send it - waited a week called back and asked for the report to have someone say that the report had not even been ... read more

5 star review! Recently diagnosed with ADHD with the team at Sensational Healing…. Thank you thank you thank you…! This is life changing to me and am so grateful for the care and guidance from not only the clinicians but the admin staff were amazing too! Definitely recommending to others!
They only get 2 stars because the Mental Health Social Worker, Denise is excellent. Otherwise this is a business with very rude staff. The only thing they seem to care about is money, not children. They charge every item at NDIS max and even charge for 15 mins preparation then 15 mins note writing in addition to your appointment despite the fact they do both during your appointment. Such a shame they're more concerned about money than they are people. Booked in with them about a year ago, NDIS didn't get approved in time, couldn't afford the appointments on a single income, now they're denying my son treatment over a $380 debt for appointments we never even attended.
