Betty was real nice during the visit. Not so nice when I called her the next day. Crying! My hair has been fried and no longer on my head! “Go buy some cooking oil” was the most sympathetic thing she would offer. Never even offered to look at it. I paid $220 to look like I had been electrocuted then to be told “sorry about your bad luck!”
