We are full-time RVers. We had our Magnum inverter fail under warranty over 3 weeks ago - still under warranty. Despite multiple contact attempts via email and phone (automate system responses only) to both the inverter division and the corporate division, no response regarding RMA status.
Teresa Pereira who the lead of switch department. Get mad over something so small and fixable compare to something that isn’t fixable and has to scrap. She need to learn how to talk to people. Learn on her anger issues. Management and Teresa Pereira are TOXIC They will let you go anytime for little things. THERE ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION HERE AT ALL WHEN YOU FIRST START. This company deserves 0 stars.
