Poor quality product at a very expensive price with no customer service. They do not stand behind their inverters at all even when you speak to folks in charge. Do some searching for recent reviews on solar forum sites and you will see many have issues with Magnum Energy inverters and Sensata does not care to resolve the issues.
Dealing with Brock has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. 5 weeks of terrible communication and still no inverter. Our vendor submit a PO last week and then Brock goes on vacation and never shipped the inverter. Save yourself some time and find another company.

I was doing the testing if the inverters. Then they had me test the boards. One of the employees harassed me about my beliefs. I reported it to Dennis L Getter the owner. He told me it was a non incident.
