My audiologist asked questions to find out my needs and what I had done. She provided information based on my hearing test data. And she went through a detailed process with me regarding how to optimize the 3DME hearing devices I am using to play music on violin. She was smart, respectful and helpful.
I appreciate all the information Dr. Switzer gave about process of hearing and her guidance on how to keep my ears protected properly. The fitting for my IEM sleeve was quick and comfortable and the test gave me a baseline and helped me feel at ease since my hearing isn't as bad as I feared. Go to this clinic tomorrow or next week. Had the opportunity of getting my custom in ear monitors done at the NAMM show in Anaheim this weekend. Loved the energy and professionalism of the team, especially Dr. Drew. She gave me a consultative and comprehensive run down of the options to help me discern the best filters for my needs as a concert goer.
