Today was my son’s first day here. He has a decent speech therapist. I liked how she handled him. I did notice that some of the staff are highly unprofessional, Judgemental, chatty and tend to make clerical errors often delaying services for my son seemingly on purpose. I feel there may be borderline discrimination. Make sure you document each interaction with each staff… UPDATE: I had a conversation with the owner about my concerns. We cannot thank Sensable Kids enough for how they have changed the trajectory of our kids. Every therapist is at the top of their field. Julie and Dionne have walked with our family for years. I learned so much. Our kids are THRIVING because of the SK team. There is nobody better in the City.

I can't say enough good things about working with Katelyn. She is a fantastic OT and a wealth of information about child development in general. She had such valuable tips, esp regarding communication styles, that I felt like I was parenting more effectively overall than I would have if we hadn't found her through EI. (EI was a stressful process with our more medically complex son, and Katelyn helped us understand the process better).
