From day one there have been problems working with this provider. They forgot that we had scheduled our initial appointment and had to scramble to figure out what to do. Then there were numerous billing issues over and over again. Communication has always been terrible. Scheduling is nearly impossible. Finally, when my son’s provider left the practice, they put no effort into finding another scheduling option for him. Even getting my child’s medical files to find proper care took extra efforts.
