Company leasing devices that are not even up to standards, they are shipping devices that are not even within compliance, the software is out of date, the luring aspect is the 4 second straight forward blow, but the problem is with the device not accepting the sample, due to the device being over 30 years old., BUT Tech team members are trained to blame the customer at all cost, and be sure to charge $75, every violation.
No Stars awarded, the worst company, literally Dead, the Owner Walt died this year and his son Craig who ran the place was forced out by Walt's wife (Kathy) place is an absolute joke, failing financially and so they are trying to recoup revenue by leasing bad equipment in order to get false violations and charge unexpecting customers. Beware!!! Terrible company, WC9000 literally needs new software, every device they lease, they do it knowing that the software is not functioning properly. Beware, when looking for a company please do your research, this company is failing, literally zero Integrity, very petty, puts a whole new meaning to toxic, Tech support trained solely to blame customers for anything that happens. Terrible Ponzi scheme Tech support is trained by an alcoholic (Rebecca K) they are trained to always find a way to accuse the customer of violations. The equipment is so old with faulty software. Without a doubt you will have a violation within the first calibration, that is how they have the devices set up, this ensures at least one $75 violation, and usually Rebecca will manipulate the notes to also ensure an extension on the term, it is all a set up.

I was sold on this company when I was looking for a interlock device. A phone call back from the owner sold me on the company. Craig Worked with me on what was best for my work truck car and my motorcycle. But that’s where it ended. From installation to scheduling a replacement nothing but problem.
