The best place for massage in Melbourne!!!!
For the past two years I have used up all of my private health extras limit getting remedial massages here. Staff are friendly and skilled so its no surprise theyre always busy, but there's never a very long wait time. I've received outstanding massages from Bella and Effie. They also have affordable shorter massage options for those on a budget.
Very disappointing experience. We booked an appointment, were given a time slot, and even made the payment, but after waiting they suddenly told us they didn’t have time anymore and refunded the money. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of our time. The manager’s attitude and tone were also very rude and disrespectful. On top of that, the place was extremely crowded and noisy with no relaxing atmosphere at all. Definitely not the experience we expected and unfortunately won’t be returning.
I never get what I ask for. They will tell you anything.
