Booked an appointment for 2 people at the same time and confirmed this. when we got there, they scheduled us for different times and were not impressed we came together? The salon was dead quiet with no music or TV’s on and the technicians obviously did not want to be there. The technician was extremely rough with the drill to the point when it was burning and was confused when I pulled my hand away, no sympathy or sorry.
