This was one company that I tried while looking for regular twice a month service for a house just under 2000 square feet. The women who came were polite and did explain their policies. They did give me a follow up call. When I asked if we could bargain on price if I bought their heavy duty cleaning every six months, I did not get a response. It's not wrong to ask.
