I was greeted with a smile when entering the building. Representative showed courtesy and was polite.
My son got a fema assistance check and this business charged a $60.00 commission to cash the check. I called HEB and they only charge $3.00 for government/state checks. In my opinion, that is highway robbery!…I could see $7.00 dollars, maybe even 10, but $60.00 dollars! Do not support this business. Houston residents were without lights for weeks, lost food etc-and this is what this business profited off of, other people’s misery.
