Fast and friendly. The ladies here know how to get you fitted correctly and quickly. I have gone here a couple of times and never needed alterations on my final fitting.
Bad experience returning the tux. Accused of keeping something never received. Then an assistant manager berated an employee publicly in front of everyone for not checking during the fitting. Not how I expect customer service, and not professional to talk to fellow employees in such a way. Mistakes happen. Apologize, fix it, move on. In your case, move on to a different rental company
