Agree with the other reviews on Management Trust Company and Williams Homes. They nickel and dime on everything, and have the customer absorb fees they should be covering. HOA questionnaire? $280! Proof of insurance? $92! HOA transfer? $280! It will cost you $50 for them to pick up the phone, and a grand in fees to buy or sell a home with them.
