If I COULD I WILL GIVE THEM ZERO stars. I requested a quote on a commercial side for a box truck, a single box truck coverage. no questions were asked by Nancy Oschell, no details, a terrible attitude and that I could not a get a quote till the middle of next week, meaning 5 business days for a quote?????? I asked why, and the answer was-"well that is the way we do it"...like if we were brainless dogs that do not deserve a "reasonable" explanation for such a delay on services.
