I'm torn about this review because I think Masa is a talented stylist, but twice I received a haircut totally unlike what I wanted and asked for. Good place for a specific kind of haircut with lots of layers.
Only go if you want traditional Japanese haircuts. And you speak Japanese. Modern styles or anything else go elsewhere. Not worth it. Can’t communicate or understand lol. Haircut itself is $70, includes wash but still lol. For that price, you’d expect better customer service and care. But he only cuts how he wants to cut in terms of style lol. Does not work with you
