This move was the second one for us; and in both instances they did a fantastic job. Personnel are clean cut, well dressed, GREAT ATTITUDES, and are extremely attentive to the word being done in a timely and efficient was.

Everyone we worked with was kind, helpful, patient and communicated information quickly about what was going on throughout the process. They helped us move my parents to a retirement community and helped clean out their home. Truly exceptional service!
Great communication and service. They really took the time to understand my parents and the contours of their situation. The unpackers were also flexible in terms of what my mom did not want done, that she wanted to do herself. If you are also going to move items of your parents’ that will be yours, it’s important to know that going into the process. We had a large piece of art that was handled perfectly. As an added bonus, Greg assisted in staging our new digs. He has extensive experience with higher end spaces. It was a genuine pleasure working with Seniors Moving Smarter from initial planning to final delivery.
