Seniors Helping Seniors has been an invaluable service for our family. Every caregiver from their team that we have worked with has been excellent. They are flexible with our schedules and have been able to accomodate the needs of our family. We are grateful for their help, and could not recommend them more!
Very pleased with the agency and caregivers who are helping our mother. Scheduling is flexible and customized to her needs. The caregivers are empathetic and provide excellent care. We recently changed from a different service provider after being assigned many disappointing caregivers.
From our very first introduction to Seniors Helping Seniors (SHS), they have been very attentive and highly responsive to our needs. My sister and I do not live in the same state as our step-father and the Companions have been true Angels as our daily "eyes on the ground" with him. They are caring and compassionate even when he is in a bad mood or not cooperative. Communication with the office is always responded to timely. I cannot say enough good things about SHS and I highly recommend them with no reservation.
