As not only a client but also an RN with extremely high standards, I would highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors . Their caregivers are excellent and their leadership always support their staff and clients. I've always believed that patients should be treated how you would treat a loved one. If my parents were still alive I would feel that they would be lovingly be taken care of by Seniors Helping Seniors. Thank you to the caregivers and leadership.
Seniors helping Seniors is fantastic! They provide wonderful people to assist my wife when needed. They also send paid invoices directly to long term care insurance facilitating quick payment to me. They were able to find substitute caregiver within 2 hours when the regular caregiver called in sick. Highly recommended!
Seniors Helping Seniors is a WONDERFUL support for people like myself living in Reno. From the very first call with Vonda I was comfortable and grateful for their service. We were incredibly fortunate to find Seniors Helping Seniors! One of their employees, Jeanette, has been spending Wednesdays with our 89-year-old Mom who has been a resident of Skyline Memory Care, for several years now. She is very kind and takes Mom for lunch, ice cream and a drive. She works with Mom to improve her cognition and memory, and Mom loves her very much.
