My mother in an Assisted Living in PA. This company provided the doctor for this facility. They never did the follow up lab work or care as requested from the hospital. Rarely returned phone calls or answered email. Made excuses for lack of care, made promises that were not kept. So glad that we went another route and do not have to deal with them again.
You should avoid having your family member under their care at all costs. They have been nothing but neglectful in their treatment of my mother. They send impersonal progress emails and do not pick up the phone or return calls.
