Objectively unacceptable service
My mom is completely bed bound with late stage dementia living at home. It took SWH 2.5 years to approve for my mom's reclining wheelchair after our pcp wrote up the prescription more than 2.5 years ago. SWH made us go through multiple ROUNDS of physical therapists' assessment, occupational therapists' assessment and finally request an outside independent occupational therapist to confirm her needs for the reclining wheelchair.
