My mom is completely bed bound with late stage dementia living at home. It took SWH 2.5 years to approve for my mom's reclining wheelchair after our pcp wrote up the prescription more than 2.5 years ago. SWH made us go through multiple ROUNDS of physical therapists' assessment, occupational therapists' assessment and finally request an outside independent occupational therapist to confirm her needs for the reclining wheelchair. Very poor health care across the board. PCP don't return calls, no home help after major heart surgery, and the provider they use for services are not that great either. I have to wait 4 months for an appointment to see a dentist.
The fact that you guys can't grasp that Brazilian Portuguese is a whole different dialect than Portugal Portuguese (European) and think that a 91 year old women will comprehend it is bs. Get that sorted out
