I had the pleasure of working with Stella from Senior Whole Health of New York, and she is truly wonderful. She is caring, understanding, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Stella patiently answers all my questions and goes the extra mile to find solutions to any problem. Her kindness and dedication really make a difference. I wish there was a zero star option. I have spoken to 20 something agents over the past 3 weeks about a physical therapy authorization for my 75 year old grandmother. It took me 2 weeks just to speak to the case manager, and the issue is still not resolved. Two of the authorizations were denied because apparently the patient was not available for evaluation- even though we received no calls regarding this. Senior Whole Health MLTC is a joke. My grandfather is trying to transfer to Senior Whole Health because its the only thing that the assisted living facility company will accept. Unfortunately the representative I work with is a joke. The assessment was schedule for last Friday. She was suppose to schedule a transfer call, but dropped the ball and didnt bother updating me. The Worst I have ever seen. I have been waiting months for them to process a prescription for supplies for my mother. I call time after time, ask to speak with the care manager, they are always busy and they never call back. Filing a complaint is useless, no one reads them. There is no communication, no accountability, and no follow through. I only hear from them when they have to record the monthly phone call to guarantee their Medicaid contract.
