Lisa is both knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me to understand my options, carefully and patiently answering my questions. She has great follow-up service and her receptionist, Susie, is welcoming and efficient. They are a dynamic team!
When I tried to figure out all the Medicare plans on my own, there were just too many options. Attended a workshop offered by Lisa of Senior Solutions, and...whew! After answering a few easy questions for her, she had a lot of choices ready when I attended the workshop a couple of weeks ago. It was a huge relief, I have to say. So glad I went there! Lisa is very competent and doesn't mind answering a lot of questions. Great place. Highly recommend!
I always loved to do business with this company snd did since 2014. They always reviewed my Medigap policy annually to find the best plan for me. This year I didn't I didn't relieve a call from them as was typical so I called them. The person that answered the phone and who I spoke with said that they aren't allowed to review them anymore. I was so disappointed! They had always given me good advice. I had to find a different company for the first time in 10 years.
Very knowledgeable save me hundreds of dollars a month with the same coverage I have now. 5 stars +
