Rob was a lifesaver for my husband to get insurance coverage after he was involuntarily disenrolled from his retiree plan that he’d had for over 25 years. Mr Deppert assisted me the last two years. This year was complicated because of my personal circumstances, change of age status, and changing laws. He was honest and up front when needing to reschedule to do more research, which I appreciate. Last year, I only qualified for an Advantage Plan due to my younger age and medical conditions. While I was initially relieved and hopeful to have someone help me sort through the morass of Medicare plans as a new enrollee, I soon discovered that Rob Deppert made a significant data entry error that resulted in complete loss of health insurance for me for the rest of 2025 which could have resulted in thousands of dollars in medical bills. Don’t go to this guy if you want a medigap supplemental plan . However if you want to discuss which advantage plan that will serve his best interest by giving him the highest commission , he’s the guy for you. Once he realized I was not interested in an advantage plan, he didn’t seem to have any interest in helping me anymore. A waste of time.
Great experience, Rob and Tara are licensed in Michigan where I receive life insurance and critical illness insurance policies with a preferred premium rate from Mutual of Omaha. They were very helpful with a lot of various questions that I had concerning life insurance.
