Rick (and staff) are AMAZING liaisons between the "new senior" and Medicare. Rick's ability to navigate the complicated mucky systems through all of the computer questions and choices are so appreciated. Sr. Solutions also has fantastic seminars ( long term care) and other affordable products that I wouldn't have know about had I just attempted self-navigation at home.
