Navigating this process for my parents was daunting, But Rick helped guide us with a wealth of knowledge. He was generous with his time, responded promptly and kept checking in to make sure things were going well. Grateful that I had someone to help make this process a little bit smoother. Highly recommended.
I had an outstanding experience with Senior Solutions, especially thanks to Rick Graffagna. Rick was incredible-he really took the time to listen to our needs and understand what we were looking for in an Independent living facility for my Father. He was patient, compassionate, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend Rick and Senior Solutions enough!
He was really great at no charge providiving some helpful information for the placement of my Dad.
My 41 year old son has numerous health problems that made it increasingly difficult for me to care for him at home. Most assisted living facilities are not licensed to accept someone his age. I made many calls over the past year and was unable to find a suitable place. In just a week, Rick was able to find a number of facilities that meet his needs.
Rick is great solution for families looking for senior communities. He has extensive experience and he treats clients like family. He will always follow-up and make sure each family has the support they need, in their time of need.
