I had no idea how to start the process of moving my sister-in-law into assisted living. Rick took the time to explain the process with me. He was very patient and allowed me to ask a multitude of questions. I have known Rick personally for over 20 years and when it came time to find a place for my mom, he was extremely helpful. We found ourselves in somewhat of a time sensitive situation and Rick was able to help narrow down our choices based upon our needs and wishes.
