In July 2020 I contacted SSWC to request assistance for a senior in my community who was desperately in need of help with a plumbing problem. Someone took all of the identifying information from the senior and said one of their workers would be out to assess her plumbing problem and see if they could help her. After a month, no one had visited her home or followed up with her. Horrible service, if you can even get service! Very mean and nasty case workers, when you can get ahold of anyone!
Great help and information for seniors
I want to thank Senior Services of Will County for everything they did to insure our Safety. First off I want to thank Maria for getting the process started. Another Shout out goes to Mic Brophy for coming out to our home to verify what needed to be done and I can't say enough about Brian who was Very Professional,had a Great work ethic and cared for all of our concerns. As you age it's nice to know there are services that exist that help you stay safe in your home. What a Great Team of people.
