About a year ago, the gentleman from Senior Safe installed a stair lift for my mother who was no longer able to handle climbing my front porch stairs. He made sure to order it and get it installed very quickly because it was urgent so I could get her to her cancer treatments. He did a great job and I was very pleased. My wife and I are in our seventies. We have trouble walking and we were looking for starelifts. We had approximately seven bids from different contractors. Several of them wanted us to sign the contract right then and there. Only two contractors gave us prices over the phones. The highest bid was $10, 200. Then I called seniorssafepa.(George Datz). George was a subcontractor that UPMC hired to fix a stairlift put in by another company. He got us in as soon as possible. He let us know when he was coming. When he arrived he got right to work. He was able to get the stairlift working before he left. We are very thankful for him.

George the technician was prompt and professional. I called late last night and he came the next day to fix the stairlift for my mom who is 94.
