Staci and Bill helped me protect and keep my dad's medicaid eligibility when he was very close to losing it. Even though working with banks and getting all the needed documentation was tough, they were always available to answer my questions and guide me along the process. Senior Resource Center came recommended from the nursing home my father has been residing in. They got me into an appointment ASAP. The initial meeting was very thorough and I felt I understood how the process was going to be. They tell you what you need to provide as they know how the system works and they submit all of the forms and take it from there. The process was smooth and our application was approved.
