Tina Castro is the brightest person and she always lights up the room
When my mom suddenly began receiving hospice care without much family to help me, SRA was recommended by hospice. They scheduled a few hours a day most days a week for 2 weeks - but when SRA felt my mom might live longer they dropped us from their schedule with one day notice. I highly recommend Senior Resource Advisors (SRS). They helped care for both of my parents, who lived an hour away from me, in the months before they passed. SRS were more than just an agency; they were our partners, allies, coaches, and advocates. They matched my (very independent and reluctant) parents with caregivers that fit their needs, personalities, and preferences. SRA cared for my mother before she passed away and provided a case manager (her 3 adult children live out of state) and 24 hour caregivers. SRA was exceptional in all regards. The Case Manager was always available, knowledgeable, and generous. The Care Givers were professional, patient, and caring. I would hire SRA again in a heart beat.
