I had a one-on-one technology support session this afternoon with Nathan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My gmail account was out of storage. In a few days it would have been suspended. He compared it to driving a U-Haul truck that is stuffed full and I have another truck 2/3 full. It is not possible to delete all the emails and data etc. He recommended that I purchase the Google plan. It’s very inexpensive. Nathan is very patient and thorough! I highly recommend him. He helped me hit a “home run”! 🤩
Brought husband’s phone in to Spectrum. Was informed that they are primarily sales, not tech support. Was told to go to the senior center in the Mall…. So we did. Went to Senior Planet and was helped by Jess. She had his phone cleared of its problems in no time. Very helpful. Thanks, Jess.
