Brought husband’s phone in to Spectrum. Was informed that they are primarily sales, not tech support. Was told to go to the senior center in the Mall…. So we did. Went to Senior Planet and was helped by Jess. She had his phone cleared of its problems in no time. Very helpful. Thanks, Jess.

I had a one-on-one technology support session this afternoon with Nathan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My gmail account was almost out of storage (96%). He showed what the problem was and how to manage it better-I like that! He recommended I use regular Gmail, which is more user friendly, than Apple email. Good idea!
