Troy and his staff have been working with me pre and post retirement for several years. If you need retirement info or have questions, especially if you are a Federal Govt employee/retiree, they have the answers and explain everything thoroughly. No high pressure and the decisions are always up to you.
1. SOS failed to provide the correct information on the prescription drug plan twice and approval was rejected twice. Had to work with the drug plan company directly to get it approved 2. SOS provided the wrong birthdate on my supplemental medicare plan 3. SOS provided the wrong ACH number for billing on my medicare supplemental plan
