I can't say enough good things about Senior Options and their incredible caregiver, Briana Howard. She cared for my elderly neighbor with such compassion, patience, & professionalism and she even extended her care to his beloved dog, which meant the world to him. My experience with Senior Options, specifically Linda Kaufman has been beyond what I could have hope for. My father suffers from dementia at -almost 86 and living not near by. without their help he would not have the high quality of life he is living. I recommend her and her team to all that ask because my dad and our family are proof care oversight is a must for our loved ones! Finding the right team is the most important first step. And one that works with you based on your needs.
Our family feels very lucky to have found Senior Options. Our care manager Briana Howard is fantastic, helping my elderly and disabled sister who lives 3000 miles away from me. Briana is amazing as our "feet on the ground," super responsive, caring, reliable, and organized. Best of all, my sister loves and trusts her and has become so much healthier since Briana arrived on the scene. I don't know what we would do without her!
