Kaneka: Thank you so much for your time and efforts in finding a placement for my friend, Mrs. McG. Not only is The Villa at Tuckey Lane absolutely incredible physically, but the staff working there are top notch! Mrs. McG is thrilled with the meals provided, the caretakers serving her needs, and seems to only find fault in the non-smoking policy (although only on the day of admissions – she’s since forgotten…)! We had to the pleasure of working with Kaneka Trotter recently regarding placing my mom in a facility. She took us to two places and we fell in love with one of them. That was the easy part! Getting it all coordinated and actually moving her was an unbelievable task. Kaneka went way beyond the scope of her job to make this happen quickly.
