Can not speak to anyone in the office including the doctors. They use a call center to answer the phone calls and you never know if your message was forwarded to the office. Referral is almost impossible and you don’t know if your specialist receives the feferal referral unless you call the specialist office. I’m looking around to find another primary doctor 😡😡😡😡
I'm reading all these negative comments and I do understand....but, all I have to say is go try the one in Plantation! Compared to the one in plantation which is like a cafeteria and all creole speaking! That's all... Hope y'all find peace. Blessed be⭐️
I do not recommend for anybody this place and this company. They don't have pcp in board just 2 days, Monday and Wednesday. You will have problem every single time if you want to call them. They talking Spanish to eacother even if you ask them talk to English because you want to understand. Not a good service providers, specially if you are sick and you need more care than the everage people.
Terrible.Since Dr. Herrera left the Oakland Park office, it's been horrible.
