From our 1st contact with Rachael we felt that we were in good hands. She provided us with many thoughtful options to address our brother’s longterm care needs. Great company! Have used them several times to find senior living for my mother in law. Used Paul in the Dallas Area and used Rachel Farber in the San Antonio area. Excellent company. I highly recommend them if you are trying to find housing and care for your elderly family members and friends.
I wanted to give a shout out too the team that works for this company . I am a CNA and I visit 3x a week and no matter who there when I arrive I am always greeted with a smile . The home is a beautiful residence it is so cozy. They always have great and healthy meal and I am always on top of presentation and they really are on point with that. Rooms are always so beautiful. Deborah was amazing. She explained the entire process and what to expect. She explained each option very thoroughly. She answered all of my many questions during our initial conversation and the many follow up questions that I had through phone calls and texts. She provided several options to meet what we needed.
