Shamefully awful. Very unprofessional. Dangerous, as proper care cannot be guaranteed. Residents cannot count on their needs being met or being treated respectfully. Senior abuse too prevelent. Unqualified staff too often. This facility needs major help!!

Thank you for helping me with my sister for the last 18 months. I am sorry that we are leaving. I wish she could stay but now she needs full nursing care due to her deteriorating health. Thank you for keeping me informed during her stay at Palm.
Well my dad's dead palms took him to his Dr appointment they want all the patient to be on meds trust me get your loved ones out before it's too late!!!! I only wish I could of saved my dad
