Sarah was great! Super knowledgeable and even took the time to have a detailed conversation with my mom about one of the properties we looked at.
Sarah did an excellent job of working with our whole family to place my Dad in a location that fit him and us. She started working with us 2 years prior to placement by helping us plan for changes that were coming with his disease process and recommending care companies to keep him at home as long as we could. I would give Senior Living Advisors of Austin ten stars if I could! I had just a few days to find the right place for my husband. Sarah was very responsive, quickly sending me recommendations based on the information I had given her, setting up tours of facilities, and providing follow up. She also has extensive knowledge about dementia and the needs of dementia patients and their families. She could not have been more helpful.
Andy was an incredible resource for our family during a difficult time. He was responsive, kind, and very knowledgable about the things we should consider when choosing a high-quality community in Round Rock to care for my mom. He even followed up in person a couple of weeks after she moved in to check on her and see if we had any concerns. I cannot recommend Senior Living Advisors of Austin highly enough to anyone looking for care for a loved one in the area!
