I needed info about Medicare and Supplemental Insurance, wanted to understand the difference between Medicare and Medicare Advantage. I was given wrong information from Sr L.L. I spoke to two other Reps-asked what plans are offered in my area, what are the benefits of each and how do they differ? Neither Rep could answer this very basic information.
