I have a family member in memory care at one of the locations. This is a business that cares about their bottom line not their residents. The management not great and there is constant turnover. It is very expensive and for what? A babysitter? No activities, no extras (i.e parties, get together, enrichment) The CNA's are underpaid and do the best they can. I have lived in a facility managed by this group for three years. In the last year, several long-term employees and many residents (15 to ************************************************ June and July) have or are leaving. Poor management and terrible communication have created an atmosphere of distrust, anger, unwillingness to believe. This management company only cares about the money going into their pockets. As a previous employee I have witnessed first hand how they do not really care about their staff and they do not really care about your loved ones. They only care about the money. It is really sad because this is an industry that is supposed to care for and help people and instead they treat your loved ones lives like car sales.

This company has been over charging my mother for her care for 5 months now and refuses to reimburse her and refuses to correct the problem. Every time I call to speak with someone there is a new person in that position. My mother has stated that the employees are quitting in droves.

I have lived in one of your building at ************************* for 5 years, in Senior Suites of West Humboldt Park. You failed to tell the managers to replace the molded cabinets in my bathroom and kitchen. The vents have never been cleaned since ******************************************************************************** the hallways at night.
