All week I have been trying to get in contact with the employment services for this agency in regards to a part-time job online. How is it that this company has high ratings but can't even return a phone call.

Senior Helpers was instrumental in helping us to ensure my father was safe and cared for. Additionally, I really appreciated their flexibility and understanding when my father ended up in the hospital and we were unsure of when he would be released.

We have really appreciated the service we have received from Senior Helpers. The home health care aid helping us has been personable, friendly , and works hard to make sure my wife has what she needs. My wife also enjoyed the companionship and fun conversation. We wanted a service that was professional as well as listening to us and our needs. I am extremely disappointed in their service. Trying to find a caregiver for my wife I had to continually chase them down for updates on the process of finding someone. Jeff would tell me that he would check and get back to me but rarely did. The last time I contacted him I got the same response, it is a month later and I still have not heard back. Needless to say have gone with another agency.

Do not use this service for respite care-we tried. I informed Jeff from the outset that we would need sporadic care for my senior mother. For our first attempt, we waited several days to hear back while he "worked on finding a CG." He gave me a phone number two days before we needed someone and when I spoke to her, she said she was told this was a "test" and that if she did well she would have consistent hours.
