Most aides do what is necessary to take care of the person in need. One substitute aide was terrible. She never got mom out of bed to eat or go to the bathroom. Left the plate of food at the bedside and mom and the bed were soaked from not being taken to the bathroom.
Very very helpful, nice, attentive and on time.
Great company.
