Unprofessional office staff this has been going on for the almost 2 years I have worked here they will send messages and want you to reply but when you are messaging it takes days for them to respond and a lot of times the responses don't match anything you messaged about a change in my employment has already began so I don't recommend for employment caregivers that work there put up with a lot of unnecessary crap but there's a few I would highly recommend
My caregiver is compassionate, polite, prompt and funny. He works well with my husband. They like each other and get along. The caregiver is flexible and will try new ways when something no longer works. When our caregiver cannot be here, the agency has someone else who can fill in the day.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! Very good at documenting everything for you or your family to follow along in the care.
