My caregiver is compassionate, polite, prompt and funny. He works well with my husband. They like each other and get along. The caregiver is flexible and will try new ways when something no longer works. When our caregiver cannot be here, the agency has someone else who can fill in the day.
The staff is very friendly and helpful! Very good at documenting everything for you or your family to follow along in the care.
Blue Ridge Senior Helpers has been the best thing we've done as far as care for our elderly mother is concerned. Their employees are kind and loving and professional. Kristina has been a God send and our mother loves her like she's another of her children.
