I used Seniors Helpers for my mother (with dementia) and Russ and his team were very supportive and truly caring. He and his team managed our family to help adjust to our new normal. I hope in the future to use them again in my time of need.
Lisa and Russ, along with the rest of the Senior Helpers team, have just been amazing. We (Mom) have been a client since 2021ish. Life happens, care givers have changed, but Mom has never gone without. Lisa is always present when new staff are introduced, to ensure Mom is happy and comfortable. Russ is in contact with family and quick to answer all questions. I have zero hesitation recommending Lisa, Russ and the Senior Helpers team for some of the best at home care and companionship.
In 2021, our family discovered Senior Helpers Mississauga. Although the company was fairly new, Russ and Lisa met with us to develop a care program. On a personal basis, we hired a Helper to visit with my wife daily so I could travel on business. Russ & Lisa took time to become familiar with the situation, made sure the "fit" was right, followed up and provided a very successful outcome. Excellent.
