Services have been very helpful for my elderly mother. The staff has been very compassionate and are meeting her individual needs. Communication with staff and administration has been excellent. My mother's quality of life has improved, I feel much more at ease knowing she is receiving such dedicated and personalized care. The team has gone above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being, consistently demonstrating professionalism and genuine concern. I are grateful for the outstanding support provided.

I highly recommend Senior Helpers! Your first meeting with be with the owners of the agency, who are professional yet so personable and caring. They will come to the house to meet your family. They will also do an evaluation of the home for safety - rugs, maneuverability, railings, etc. Every caregiver was kind, caring and knowledgeable. When a new caregiver will be helping the owner or a manager will be there to introduce the new caregiver. There will never just be a change in shift with a new helper just coming in. I can’t say enough good things about Senior Helpers and the support they’ve provided for my mother. She lives alone in her apartment, and having two wonderful caregivers come twice a week for four hours has truly made a difference in her life. They help her with cooking, cleaning, errands like grocery shopping, and—most importantly—they offer companionship and meaningful interaction. Senior Helpers have been a godsend! My 87 year old mother has issues with declining health & confusion. Although she’s capable of being on her own right now, she still needs help. It’s our goal as a family to keep her as independent as possible until it isn’t.
